Have you ever started something that you know you're good at, then midway through you get discouraged and stop 🛑 ?

We've all been there, feeling like we aren't good enough, but the truth is we are all worthy and more than enough.

Below are some questions to help you reflect, maybe start by writing in a journal.

Ask yourself,

•Will changing my verbiage from I have to, to I get to make a difference?

•What minuscule changes can I make daily to help me reach my weekly, monthly and yearly goals?

•what could be blocking me from my

commitments?

Making  changes are sometimes scary, but when you learn to face your fears and take that leap; consequently everything ALWAYS WORKS OUT.  Even making one tiny change daily will get you closer to your projectory of being successful in your goals.

Repetition is key and sometimes it takes a lot of getting out of your comfort zone and courage to commit to daily habits.

It helps to take deep breaths  and go for nature walks , clearing your mind will help you focus and have less distractions. most importantly believe in yourself so much that you start to be the change that you seek from within. I dare you to challenge yourself to commit to you for 21 days. When you start, it gets easier to do hard things.  Below is a 20 daily habits sheet as an example, you can follow it or make up your own list.

I hope this helps🤩 have an amazing start to your 21 days of building daily habits! 🥳
